Digital Banking Personal Digital Banking Business

What You Need To Know

The upgrade will take place on Wednesday, August 26, 2026 at 10:00 am.

Most of your account details will be available and ready to use including transaction history, bill pay payee information, scheduled payments and internal transfers, as well as eStatement settings.

IMPORTANT!
Your Alerts settings will not transfer. Make note of your current alerts before Monday, August 24, 2026. These will need to be set up again within the new system.

Any card controls you currently have set up via “Cards” within our Mobile Banking app will not be transferred.  You will need to set up card controls again in our new Mobile Banking app. 

Any recurring internal transfers you currently have set up will carry over as is.  Once the new system is live, if you want to make edits to them you will need to set up the transfer again and delete the old one.

Your external transfers and history will not be transferred.  Please print or save a copy of your history for your records before Monday, August 24, 2026.  You will need to set these up again in the new system.

First Time Login Process

IMPORTANT! To ensure a smooth first-time login, it is important that your Online Banking Profile includes your current phone number and email address. Please review and update this information as soon as possible. If you need assistance, please contact us your local branch.

Once the new system is live on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, you will be able to login using your existing User ID and Password. Upon your first login you will have the option to receive a text or phone call with a one-time passcode to verify your identity. You will simply enter this passcode into the system and submit to securely login.

Please be aware of the following key first time login reminders.

  • If you utilize biometrics to access digital banking, be sure you know your User ID and Password prior to Monday, August 24, 2026.
  • If you are unsure of your User ID, please can contact your local branch for assistance.
  • If you are unsure of your Password, you can easily reset it by selecting “Forgot Password” from the Online Banking login screen and following the on-screen prompts.

System Update Period

Monday, August 24, 2026 at 7:00 am – Bill Pay and Business Bill Pay will be disabled & final bill payments made via current system.

Monday, August 24, 2026 at 7:00 pm – Business Online and Mobile Banking will be disabled. 

Monday, August 24, 2026 at 7:00 am – Mobile Deposit via our Personal Mobile Banking App will be disabled.

Monday, August 24, 2026 at 7:00 pm – Personal Online and Mobile Banking will go into Inquiry Only mode.  No transactions will be permitted while in Inquiry Mode. 

Wednesday, August 26, 2026 at 10 am – New system will go live. 

Important - Username and Password Required Action

To ensure a smooth first-time login, it is important that we have your current phone number and email address on file. Please log in to your Online or Business Online Banking account to review and update this information as soon as possible.

In addition, you will be required to log in with your username and password for the first time on the new system.  This applies to Online, Business Online and Mobile Banking.  Please be sure you know both prior to Monday, August 24, 2026. 

  • If you are unsure of your username, please contact your local branch for assistance.
  • If you are unsure of your password, you can easily reset it by selecting “Forgot Password” from the Online, Business Online or Mobile Banking login screen and following the on-screen prompts.

Mobile Banking Users - If you currently use biometrics to log in, you will need to reestablish this feature within the new app.  Your username and password are required for first-time login. 

Personal Online Banking Updates

Account Information

Most of your account details will be available and ready to use within the new system including transaction history, Bill Pay payee information, scheduled payments and internal transfers, alerts, as well as eStatement and internal transfer settings.

Non-Transferable Services

The following settings will not transfer to the new system:

  • Card Controls via “Cards” in Mobile Banking
  • External Transfers
  • Personal Finance Manager

Please make note of or save your current settings and any related history for these services before Monday, August 24, 2026.  You will need to set these services up or register for them again once the new system is live. 

Bill Pay Users

Scheduled payments will transfer to the new system.  Your payment history will not.  Please be sure to save a copy of this prior to Monday, August 24, 2026 at 7:00 am

Payee addresses in Bill Pay need to be complete and accurate for payee information to transfer to the new system.  Please review and make corrections by Monday, August 24, 2026 at 7:00 am

We also recommend making note of your current payees and account numbers to ensure you can confirm all information transferred correctly once the new system is live. 

First-Time Login

No changes to your personal login credentials are expected.  You will log in for the first time using your current Username and Password whether online or via our mobile app. 

Enhanced Security - Upon logging in for the first time, you will be prompted to receive a text or phone call with a one-time passcode to verify your identity.  Simply enter this passcode into the system and submit to securely log in.

Business Online Banking Updates

Account Information

Most of your account details will be available and ready to use within the new system, including transaction history, Bill Pay payee information, scheduled payments, recurring and scheduled internal transfers, ACH Templates, as well as your settings for eStatements, Merchant Deposits, Positive Pay, and Wire Transfers.

Non-transferable Services

The following items will not transfer to the new system. 

  • Internal Transfer Templates
  • ACH History

Please save any existing templates and history before Monday, August 24, 2026.  Internal Transfer templates will need to be reestablished again once the new system is live. 

ACH Users

We recommend creating templates for each unique ACH file, if you have not already done so, prior to Monday, August 24, 2026 as the “Copy” feature is not supported within the new system. 

First-Time Login

No changes to your login credentials are expected.  Please log in on the new system with your existing Username and Password.  After entering your credentials, you will need to complete the Token Enablement process.

This new service will be replacing our current Business Bill Pay system and will go live on Wednesday, August 26, 2026 at 10 am.  No action is required on your part. All of your account information will transfer to the new payment solution including payees, payment history, scheduled and recurring payments, as well as eBills.  

NEW Combined Mobile Banking App

As part of the upgrade, we will also be launching a new Mobile Banking app that allows both personal and business account holders to access their accounts from one easy-to-use app.   

The new app will be available on Wednesday, August 26, 2026.  Our current Business Mobile Banking app will no longer be available after the upgrade.

Personal Banking Users will simply need to load the latest version of the app, when prompted. Business users will need to remove their existing HCBT business app and download the new combined HCBT app, simply search for Hendricks County Bank or HCBT in your device's app store. Once the new system is live, our current HCBT business app will no longer be available and can be deleted.

Important Notes:

  • If you currently use biometrics to log in, you will need to reestablish this feature within the new app. Your username and password are required for first-time login. 
  • If you have push alerts set up currently, please be sure to make note of these. Push alerts will not transfer to the new system. 

NEW Mobile Banking App

Our Mobile Banking app is also getting an update! Once the new system is live on Wednesday, August 26, 2026 at 10:00 am, you can access the new Mobile Banking app in 2 ways:

Through our Current Mobile Banking App

Open our current app, and you will be redirected to upload the app. Once downloaded, login with your existing User ID and Password as noted above. The HCBT Business app is no longer needed and can be deleted as of August 26, 2026.

Direct Download

Search for Hendricks County Bank (or HCBT) in your device’s app store and download the new app. Login with your existing User ID and Password, as noted above. Once the new app has been downloaded, please delete the old HCBT business app.

NOTE: If you previously used biometrics to login, you will need to reestablish this feature within the new app.
